Being on the waiting list is a no money down option, however once the desired kid is made available, we require a $100 NON-refundable deposit within 15 days. If we do not receive the deposit within 15 days, the sale will be cancelled and the kid(s) will either be offered to the next person in line or the kid(s) will be listed on the For Sale page. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Prices are subject to change, unless you have placed a deposit on that animal. The remaining balance owed for the animal must be paid before the animal is to leave our property, CASH ONLY. Kids are weaned at 8 weeks, and are ready to go to their new homes at 10 weeks of age. If the kid(s) have not been picked up by 12 weeks of age, a boarding fee of $3 per goat, per day will be charged. If shipping arrangements have not been made and confirmed by the time the kid(s) are 15 weeks of age, the sale will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned. Deposits will also not be returned if the sale is cancelled by the buyer. All shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer as well as any costs relating to the purchase of the animal, such as health certificates, blood testing etc; these must be paid in advance by the buyer. We reserve the right to retain any kid born on our farm. We do not sell bucklings out of first freshening does unless we find their udder extremely exceptional. We reserve the right to 20 straws of semen from any bucks we sell for the cost of the collection fee. We normally dam-raise our kids as we feel this is more natural for them and they adjust to their herds much better when transferring to a new home. We can bottle-raise on CAE prevention upon request for an additional fee. Purchasing Mature or Older Goats
At times, to keep our herd numbers reasonable, we will offer mature does, bucks, or wethers for sale. The sale policy is the same, a $100 NON-refundable deposit is required within 15 days or the sale will be cancelled. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the goats leave our property. We do reserve the right to cancel sales in the best interest of the goat(s).
